Printed SuperWeek with PRINSE’20 starts next Monday

PRINSE’20 in Oulu 29.1.-31.1.2020  – The 6th Printed Intelligence Industry Seminar organized by PrintoCent

PRINSE’20 will cover topics including structural electronics, intelligent diagnostics and the emerging capacity growth in R2R manufacturing industry with 60 industry speakers.

PrintoCent has a quest to inspire, educate and create opportunities around printed intelligence and electronics. To do this, we invite together world experts and leading companies utilizing and developing printed intelligence solutions. The upcoming PRINSE’20 event will host 80+ companies and 250 participants around the world, while offering an excellent arena to learn the latest around printed intelligence and electronics. In addition to the high-class keynotes, there will also be an interactive Innovation Market Place and Bazaar with demos to facilitate efficient collaboration between different stakeholders.

The PrintoCent community has been growing for 12 years and PRINSE’20 will be looking closely into both current and future needs. Currently, the number of industries utilizing printed and flexible hybrid electronics solutions is growing rapidly. Hence, PRINSE’20 speeches and showcases dive into the way capacity growth serves new applications.

In addition to Keynote speakers from IBM, Nokia, Ynvisible EC and IDTechEx, we’ll have Vision Keynotes from Magway, Pipelife Finland Oy, BioCenter/Univ. of Oulu, and Sensinite Oy/CERN. Moreover, during the event week we will host several side events & training opportunities on screen printing and electrochromic displays starting already on Monday, January 27th. And to ensure full coverage, besides PrintoCent Pilot Factory tours, there will also be guided visits to notable local printed companies like Sanmina, Flexbright, Ginolis, TactoTek, Screentec, Verkotan, FocalSpec and Optitune.

In addition to ground breaking innovations, printed intelligence also means increased business and we now have well over 1.000 new industrial jobs around in Finland. The possibilities are endless as structural electronics create products for Internet of Things, both automotive interior and exterior, windscreens, home appliances, shoe insoles, wearables and smart clothing to mention a few. Multidisciplinary skills and cooperative ways of working are essentially needed, and this is where PrintoCent excels in supporting its Industry Cluster members.
