PrintoCent Pilot factory visits 

Tue 27.1 afternoon and Fri 30.1. morning

Company visits to local Printed Intelligence companies are organized on Tuesday, 27.1. at 14.00-17.00 and

Friday 30.1. at 10.00–13.00. There are a few alternative tours to choose from, including the possibility to visit the

PrintoCent Pilot Factories.


Please note that the number of participants for each tour is limited, and registration is required!


Buses leave from the front of the Scandic Oulu City hotel

Tue 27.1.2026 buses leave at 14.00 and takes you back to Scandic Oulu City hotel
Fri 30.1.2026 buses leaves at 10.00 and takes you back to Scandic Oulu City hotel

after the tours and to airport if needed.

and Optoelectronics and Measurement Techniques Laboratory (University of Oulu)

OYSTER incubator  - An inspiring environment for researchers, students, and professionals where

innovation transforms into thriving health technology startups. 


- Company visit 3: Ginolis  and Tactotec

Ginolis - Advanced automation solutions for healthcare and diagnostics industries


TactoTek - Develops and licenses injection molded smart structure (IMSE) technologies 


- Company visit 4: Bittium and Verkotan (only on Tuesday 27.1.)

Bittium - Secure solutions for connectivity, tactical communications and biosignal measuring and monitoring.


Verkotan - Accredited wireless testing services 


- Company visit 5:  Nokia and Verkotan (only on Friday 30.1.)


Nokia Campus  - A state-of-the-art R&D and manufacturing campus that will design, test and

deliver next-generation networks built for AI.

Get-together at Ravintola Puistola,


Meet new and old friends for a relaxed and casual start to the seminar days with a bite to eat. This get-together is free of charge but registration is required. Pizza and soft drinks will be served.

Arctic Sea Night Experience and sauna & jacuzzi


The experience begins at the Nallikari Experience Center, where participants gear up with winter clothing, headlamps, and snowshoes. The group then ventures onto the dark, frozen sea to a stove-heated tent to grill sausages and hear stories about the night-time nature. The adventure includes a chance to drill into the ice with an auger and checking a traditional Finnish winter fish trap - offering an authentic and memorable Arctic adventure. After the winter adventure, you can also join the Sauna and Jacuzzi.


Sauna and Jacuzzi at 20.00-23.00

Traditional way to end a day in Finnish business world is to go to sauna. Nallikari Beach restaurant offers a beautiful setting for this with its sea-view jacuzzi. A light evening snack and soft drinks will be served.
